Budget Payment Plans

To help you manage your heating costs without surprises, we’ve designed our Budget Payment Plans with your convenience in mind. These plans calculate your monthly payments based on last year’s gallon usage multiplied by the current price per gallon. This total is then evenly divided over 10 months, ensuring manageable and predictable bills.

Budget Plan Terms:

Customers must be on automatic delivery to enroll in the budget plan.

Our budget plan runs from March through December, offering you stability throughout most of the year. January and February serve as months for you to catch up if needed, allowing you to bring your account balance to zero in preparation for the new year. This ensures that every March, you start with a clean slate, free from any previous balances.

This structured approach not only helps in easing the financial management of your fuel costs but also aligns with typical consumption patterns, making it an efficient choice for homeowners. By spreading costs over ten months and providing a two-month buffer, our plan is designed to fit seamlessly into your financial planning, reducing stress and enhancing predictability.

Budget accounts that become 60 days delinquent in their payments will be automatically removed from the budget plan and will be subject to regular finance charges on balances older than 60 days.

Winter Pre-buy Program

To provide our customers with fair and competitive pricing, F.A. Days offers a Winter Pre-buy Program. This program allows residential customers to pre-buy propane at a predetermined rate to cover fuel deliveries between November 1 and April 30 each heating season.
